Peter Wilson AM
Independent Director & Chairman
Peter is also the Chairman of Power and Water Corporation and is a non-executive Director of Vision Super. He also chairs the National Alcohol and Drug Foundation, and the Australian Network on Disability.
Peter has held senior executive roles in the Commonwealth and Victorian Treasuries, and Group Executive roles at ANZ, Amcor Limited, and as CEO of Energy 21. He was made a Member of the Order of Australia in 2005 for services to workplace relations and safety and community service and was awarded a Centenary Medal in 2004.
Latitude Financial Services
Tim originates from the UK, and has over 30 years experience in the credit industry across multiple markets as both a practitioner and service provider/consultant. His work history encompasses numerous roles at Experian, NAB, ANZ and GE/Latitude.
Tim also has a long history of involvement with ARCA and the evolution of Comprehensive Credit Reporting in both Australia and New Zealand.
Andrew brings to the Board over 30 years’ experience in the Credit Risk and Collections sector within a diverse range of businesses covering Banking, Telecommunications & Financial Services which has provided him with extensive experience in general & strategic management practice. Andrew currently works for Westpac Banking Corporation where he has held a number of senior roles including guidance of large infrastructure & regulatory change initiatives for the bank.
Andrew’s current role as Executive Manager is responsible for the organisations supply of Comprehensive Credit Reporting. Andrew has also had a decade long association with the Australian Retail Credit Association representing Westpac since 2011.
Lisa joined Equifax in 2018 as Chief Operations Officer. She has an extensive background in operational excellence, having worked on the transformation and leadership of large scale teams, to drive customer centric outcomes.
Lisa built her early career with GE Australia in key transformation roles, before moving to a COO role. She has had bottom line responsibility for market facing businesses in both financial services and consumer products. Lisa has extensive knowledge in leading local teams within a global organisation and in-depth experience in digital, customer experience design and continuous improvement. BA (Hons)
Nigel is an experienced senior risk management leader having worked for over 30 years in both banking and credit risk consulting roles in UK, Europe, Middle East and Australia. For the past 8 years he has gained General Management experience in both Retail and Business Banking.
He is currently General Manager, Product, Pricing and Credit Risk in the Home Buying business of CBA. Prior to joining CBA in 2014 he worked for ANZ Group and Bankwest, and before emigrating to Australia in 2005 Nigel held senior roles in Fair Isaac Corporation (FICO) and NatWest Bank.
Marina has over 20 years of experience in banking finance in Australia and NZ and is currently Director, Everyday Banking at AMP Bank. Marina has experience in all parts of the credit lifecycle, product, pricing, data science and enterprise risk across banking, funds management and insurance. She has worked for a diverse range of businesses including ASB Bank (NZ), GE Capital, and Westpac.
Marina has a Bachelor in Applied Mathematics and Computer Science, Advanced Diploma in Actuarial Science and Diploma in Foreign Languages.
Jason is Chief Risk Officer for ANZ Australia. This role is responsible for the delivery of customer credit risk life cycle strategies from the point of acquisition through to collections.
The role is also responsible for ensuring effectiveness of our Compliance and Operational Risk activities as they pertain to meeting the Australian Divisions legal obligations and internal risk settings.
Prior to joining ANZ, Jason was the Head of Retail Risk for GE Capital Asia, covering Australia, New Zealand, Japan, Korea, China and India.
Joe has worked in the Financial service sector for 25 years holding a number of Senior Risk/Credit/Technology related Roles in both the domestic and offshore environments. Joe has deep experience in managing large operational teams with a key focus on driving technology and managing change to the benefit of the consumer and working with regulators and key stakeholders to achieve that aim. As the CRO for Athena Home Lending he is leveraging the power of data to allow efficient/effective operations and business decisioning in the Credit domain.
Tristan Taylor is General Manager of Experian’s Credit Services business in Australia and is responsible for the effective operation and growth of the Credit Bureau. As a challenger bureau, Tristan leads teams focussed on growing the supply of data from credit providers, building and supporting credit products, educating and assisting consumers, delivering analytics projects and operating in a compliant and secure manner.
Tristan has been with Experian for 17 years and has held leadership roles across the UK and Australia. Prior to joining the Credit Services business, he has led advisory, product and delivery functions to deploy Data Management and Data Governance initiatives in organisations spanning Government, Financial Services, Utilities, Telcos and Retail. Xavier is Chief Risk Officer, Retail Bank, having joined ME Bank in 2020 as Chief Risk Officer before BOQ’s acquisition of ME Bank. Xavier has over 20 years’ of international experience in governance, risk and compliance, leading risk and compliance functions and implementing practical and robust mechanisms and frameworks to protect the reputation and enhance the performance of organisations. Prior to joining ME Bank, Xavier was the Chief Risk Officer at Medibank Private and worked internationally with KPMG.
Xavier holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Diploma in Commerce along with Postgraduate in Audit.
