ARCA broadens representation to include smaller and emerging lenders

The Australian Retail Credit Association (ARCA) says consumer rights in credit reporting are the focus of CreditSmart Day 2015, which is being held on May 6th.

The Australian Retail Credit Association (ARCA) today said it is pleased with the level of support it has received for its application for authorisation of the Principles of Reciprocity and Data Exchange (PRDE), which is currently being considered by the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC).
